Today, Hive & Hollow Press is where we share Blake’s writing and connect with readers. As the journey continues, I hope to expand that vision by creating opportunities to introduce readers to other independent authors and their work.
At its heart, Hive & Hollow Press is about celebrating the stories that entertain us, challenge our perspectives, and stay with us long after we’ve turned the final page.
Meet the Founder
Ally Burke | Founder, Hive & Hollow Press
For Ally, there’s nothing quite like getting lost in a good story. An avid lover of fiction, she especially enjoys audiobooks and the way a compelling narrative can transform an ordinary drive, a quiet afternoon, or a daily routine into an entirely different world.
After serving 25 years in the United States Air Force, working across a variety of fields throughout her career, Ally turned her attention toward a different kind of adventure. With a passion for storytelling and a desire to support independent creativity, she founded Hive & Hollow Press as a home for the literary work of her husband, author Blake Enneking.
But Ally’s vision doesn’t stop there. While Hive & Hollow Press currently showcases Blake’s writing, she hopes to eventually open its doors to other independent authors, helping introduce their stories to readers who might not otherwise discover them.
For Ally, Hive & Hollow Press is about more than books. It’s about the joy of discovering a great story, appreciating the imagination behind it, and creating a space where those stories can find an audience.
Looking Ahead
Every great story deserves an opportunity to be discovered. While Hive & Hollow Press begins its journey by showcasing the work of author Blake Enneking, the hope is to one day expand its reach and shine a light on other independent writers whose stories deserve an audience.
For now, the focus remains on sharing compelling fiction, connecting with readers, and building a literary home where imagination and storytelling are always welcome.
